## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品策略规划
- 深入研究互联网保险市场动态、用户需求和行业趋势，制定创新且具有竞争力的保险产品策略。基于大数据分析，精准定位目标客户群体，设计个性化保险产品，如针对年轻家庭的综合保障计划，满足不同客户在健康、重疾、意外等多方面的保险需求；

### APP和小程序平台运营
- 制定全年营销活动计划，创新思维规划活动玩法并推动落地，达成关键营销节点目标；

### 客户留存经营
- 建立并完善客户留存运营体系，制定留存策略和流程，分析留存数据，挖掘潜在留存需求并制定差异化营销活动，持续推动并跟踪管理业绩，提高留存率；

### 数据分析与决策支持
- 定期收集、分析保险产品销售数据和续保数据，评估产品策略和续保运营效果，为业务决策提供数据支持。通过数据分析找出业务中的问题和机会点，提出针对性的改进措施，优化业务流程。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销、统计学等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 3 - 5年以上互联网保险产品策略或客户留存运营工作经验，有成功的产品案例或续保率提升经验者优先。熟悉互联网保险产品的开发、推广和运营流程；

### 技能要求
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据洞察业务问题并提出解决方案；具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨部门团队有效协作；具备优秀的文字表达能力和策划能力，能够独立撰写营销方案和产品文案；

### 其他加分项
- 负责过保险系统平台功能规划，对互联网保险行业充满热情，有创新意识和敏锐的市场洞察力，能够快速适应市场变化和业务发展需求。工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和抗压能力 。
