## Job description

岗位职责
- 以客户为中心，为客户提供个性化的服务方案，持续提升客户服务体验
- 按分行要求完成各类断点、商机项目客户产品、活动服务，完成品质指标
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，按要求完成各项服务工作，确保服务合法合规
- 积极执行银行政策，完成远程渠道交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，取得学历证和学位证
- 持有基金从业资格证优先考虑
- 普通话标准，沟通表达能力较强，能承受一定的工作压力
- 主动、积极的工作态度、较强的学习能力、具有团队意识
