## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹农险理赔合规类工作，完成合规质检及文化建设工作，对接内部审计和外部监管
- 负责农险理赔基础数据分析类工作，搭建农险各数据化指标看板，完成节点数据报表上报。
- 负责农险理赔费用类工作，主要包括车辆、公估、其他理赔过程产生的费用等
- 完成领导交办的其它工作 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，农学类、法律类、保险类等相关专业优先；
- 具备分析能力，语言表达能力，组织协调能力；
- 有理赔经验者优先
- 具有良好沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰，负责高效，有较强的抗压能力、执行能力。
