## Job description

岗位职责
- 执行法定的受托人工作要求，包括制定战略资产配置方案以及风险监督管理等履职要求；
- 全国职业年金计划的各项管理工作，包括日常的组合监控、风险管理、投管人考核、资金分配等工作；
- 达成职业年金计划的投资业绩目标，实现计划的规模持续增长；
- 维护与代理人和投管人之间良好的委托和受托关系，有效传达和执行各项代理人的工作要求；
- 其他专项工作，包括受托研究、数据分析、系统优化等。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历； 2、3年以上养老金行业、证券基金行业、投资研究行业等相关金融行业的从业经验，掌握投资专业知识和分析技能。有企职业年金计划相关管理经验者优先； 3、有较好的客户服务意识，具备优秀的协调沟通能力和表达能力。
