## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹零售支行日常经营管理工作，根据总分行发展战略、业务经营规划，组织推动支行零售业务营销工作，完成支行经营目标；
- 负责支行队伍管理、人才培养及文化建设等工作，推动提升支行人员的营销能力及服务水平，积极保障支行各项业务稳健发展；
- 贯彻执行总分行各项规章制度，负责支行日常营运风险防控、安保、消保工作，保证支行各项工作合规开展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 持有基金从业资格证，具有丰富的金融、投资、资产配置经验；
- 熟悉本地市场，对零售业务有较强的理解，具备团队管理经验及丰富的客户资源；
- 具备较强的合规理念和风险意识，无不良从业记录，符合监管任职资格要求。
