## Job description

岗位职责
- 熟悉个人及团体保险产品，设计适合市场及渠道发展的保险产品并操作上架；
- 总公司激励方案的配合宣导，协助落实；分公司各阶段行销激励方案的策划、可行性分析，宣导、追踪落实；业务推动方案的日常督导和问题诊断；
- 诊断个人业务、套餐业务和项目性业务发展过程中的问题，采取切实可行的措施推动各项业务的发展；
- 根据业务需要，策划并制作各项行销辅导品，推动业务的达成；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年销售支持或推动工作经验。
- 品貌端正、身体健康。
- 具备领悟融会、规划策划、动手实战、沟通协作、逻辑推理的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力、主动挑战的性格。
- 性格积极乐观，敢于承担，同时具有较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作模式；具备较强的责任心和主动性，具有一定的服务意识，积极为前线解决问题、提供支持，并且具有良好的沟通协调能力。
- 熟悉掌握常用办公软件，熟练掌握EXCEL，能够独立进行数据处理及分析；拥有熟练PPT技能，能过独立PPT制作。
