## Job description

岗位职责
- 疑难理赔业务咨询；
- 参与理赔案件合议，复议工作；
- 复杂案件的理赔协谈，客户安抚、矛盾纠纷化解；
- 机构理赔数据、理赔政策、理赔规则分析，并制定相应的改善措施；

### 理赔服务
- 为客户进行理赔报案与前置预审， 追踪协谈，提供出院即赔服务；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科或以上学历，医学、药学、保险相关经验优先； 2、2年以上理赔岗位工作经验； 3、具备全面的医学、法律、保险等理赔相关专业知识； 4、具备较强的数据敏感性、自信心、责任心、影响能力及沟通协调能力； 5、年龄35岁以下。
