## Job description

岗位职责
- 完善人力投产追踪指标体系，出具月度投产分析报告，监控成本执行及异常波动，及时预警并提出管控建议
- 参与形成年度人力成本预算策略，驱动人力投产逐年优化，编列年度成本、编制预算，并传导分解至机构
- 维护投产系统数据，确保准确性，支持投产自动化报表搭建
- 对接机构审核临时成本诉求、方案，输出管理意见 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、经济学等相关专业优先 2. 2年以上人力资源预算规划或薪酬管理相关工作经验，有咨询公司或医疗机构经验者优先 3. 具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等办公软件 4. 细致严谨，沟通协调和报告撰写能力较强
