## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 全面负责网点营销及运营活动的操作风险、合规风险 ；
- 负责网点端重要物品管理 ，账户类业务开、销、变资料审批，督导柜员现场各类业务操作，组织柜员技能训练、业务培训；
- 完成网点各项反洗钱工作，负责网点重大事项的报告与应急处置。 任职资格 1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财务等专业优先； 2、3年以上银行运营工作经验，熟悉分支行管理要求及银行相关制度、流程； 3、运营业务知识过硬，风控意识好，可协助管理网点，能全面负责网点风控。
