## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹部门日常工作，包括但不限于人员管理、预算管理、经营绩效分析等；
- 依据总行下达年度各项工作指标和分行对部门的考核任务，制定季度、年度工作计划，以及部门管理考核办法。按时检视部门考核完成情况并及时反馈；
- 组织市场营销工作。开拓合作客户，签约合作伙伴，统筹分行业务条线市场营销、产品推广工作；
- 统筹客户服务、客群经营工作，及时检视下属相关职能工作情况，结合实际问题提出改进策略；
- 统筹部门培训，负责部门人员招聘、人员考评及人才梯队建设；
- 协调与各部门的工作关系，完成总行和分行领导临时交办的工作任务。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.5年及以上金融从业经历，有管理工作经验者优先； 3.具备较优秀的数据分析能力，熟练运用Office含PPT、EXCEL等； 4.职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
