## Job description

岗位职责 根据部门KPI完成运营体系搭建，定期监控及时发现问题并给出解决方案。 根据部门管理导向制定绩效方案，定期计算绩效达成情况，并对发现的问题及时进行处理；完成基本法人员的年中/底绩效考核工作。 统筹管理部门各作业中心人基本法人员招聘、晋升、加薪、奖金等工作。 根据管理需要，开发可视作业监控平台，MIS报表和清单报表。 完成内外部的数据需求报送。 任职资格 本科及以上学历；数据统计、精算、金融类专业优先。
