## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责高端演唱会等现场权益项目运营落地，包含包厢权益统筹、现场执行、客户体验保障；
- 面向各营业区开展项目宣导、培训、分享，输出宣导素材，组织线上线下宣导活动；
- 维护银行、保险等内外部客户关系，对接合作需求，推进权益合作落地；
- 项目过程跟进，跨区域协同等销售工作。 任职资格
- 有保险、银行渠道维护、金融相关工作经验，熟悉内部客户以及内部流程；
- 沟通表达能力强，擅长线下宣导、现场讲解，气场大方；
- 执行力强，能够统筹活动全流程，有项目落地经验更佳；
- 积极主动，热爱文化演出、高端权益类业务，愿意学习新事物。
