### 岗位职责 学历要求

本科及以上学历，需有学位证； 任职资格
- 本机构产品的核保管理和政策制定、落实；
- 调研分析产品的市场状况，对本机构市场细分、目标市场定位和销售信息开发进行组织和指导；
- 制定本机构的产品营销规划和激励方案，推动销售目标的达成；
- 指导中支公司及所属机构各渠道、机构销售管理工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
