## Job description

岗位职责 （一）大续保平台模式联合寿险、直通落地。 （二）转保线索(渗透、过保、询价未签)转化推广，驱动应用。 （三）车险业务经营分析、保费调度联合寿险定期督导检视。 （四）队伍营销方案、荣誉体系，及客户服务策略统筹规划及审核。 （五）代理人投诉、理赔异议、方案政策、服务补发等答疑处理，系统功能培训及问题需求调研。 （六）营销费用、日常费用、组织利益等费用报销处理。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2．掌握保险专业知识，了解公司业务运作体系 3．具备良好的数据挖掘及数据运用能力 4．具备良好的沟通协调能力、亲和力 5．熟悉个金渠道业务推动模式，同时需具有较强的沟通组织协调能力和完成任务的意识，以及较强的文案编写能力
