## Job description

岗位职责 1．执行清收处置策略，包括推动项目司法进展、与相关方进行商务谈判、开展与政府机构及相关单位的沟通等； 2．撰写项目方案报告，完成项目的估值、尽调； 3．配合消保部门做好所管ToC项目投资人的日常沟通以及处置方案宣导等工作； 4．根据公司制度开展律所、评估公司等中介机构的选聘及日常管理。 任职资格 1，国内外知名院校硕士及以上学历，金融，法律相关专业（民商法优先)，或者具有法律职业资格优先； 2，具有2年以上不良资产/法律等工作经验，律所工作经历、金融机构保全部门工作经历。 3，沟通协调能力好，具有良好的职业道德；
