## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分支行新客户承接落地，同步开展存量潜力基础客户的精细化维护与深度经营工作。
- 运用超级企微、电话商机、自媒体等数字化经营工具及配套策略，完成客户批量触达、精准经营与高效服务。
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，完成各项服务工作，确保服务合法合规。
- 积极执行银行政策，完成远程渠道交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备一年及以上金融/销售/客服从业经验。
- 熟知银行各类产品特性及营销逻辑，服务意识强、营销能力突出，持有理财类专业资格证书者优先。
- 亲和力强，具备优秀的沟通协调与落地执行能力，应变敏捷，精通电话销售技巧，恪守合规底线，职业素养优良。
- 无违规违纪与不良从业记录。
