## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行应用系统管理，包括应用系统资源配置、运行情况管理、系统备份和恢复、系统监控、系统性能分析等工作；
- 负责分行应用系统应急管理，定期更新应急预案，并组织应急演练；
- 负责IT服务管理，包括分行生产事件管理，受理、分发、跟踪服务请求及事件，问题总结；
- 负责分行IT技术支持工作，为分行各部门、各支行提供技术支持工作，包括软硬件安装、域管理、故障处理、技术咨询、外包服务管理、需求和意见收集等工作，及时解决出现的故障问题；
- 参与各类IT项目的管理、实施、推广、维护工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉VMware虚拟化、Windows Sever、Unix/Linux、Sql Server、Oracle、中间件等相关操作系统、应用软件的安装、配置、维护；
- 熟悉主流品牌（华为，华三，锐捷等）的交换机、路由器、防火墙等网络安全设备，具备相应的操作、配置、维护和排错能力；
- 熟悉计算机设备运行原理，有较强的故障排查处理能力；
- 具备较强的语言表达及沟通能力，责任心强，服务意识、学习能力、抗压能力强；
- 无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
