## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定业务计划，分析并推动目标达成
- 制定并管理业务制度，包含政策/规则/章程等
- 参与项目规划/推动/落地
- 对接公司内外部、总分机构间沟通
- 负责内外部经营数据平台搭建
- 上级交办的其它工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融学、保险学、统计学相关专业，有保险、基金工作经验者优先；
- 具有较强的逻辑思考、具备一定的公文写作和报告写作能力，熟练运用办公软件；
- 对于金融类、保险类法律法规有一定了解；
- 具有较强的沟通协调、团队协作和表达能力；
- 具有项目钻研和持续学习能力
