## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与线上自动理赔产品整体规划，围绕商保患者院内就诊全流程，梳理理赔自动化业务流程，输出标准化操作文档；
- 负责对接医院或TPA，推动接口开发、联调测试及上线，保障直赔/垫付服务稳定运行；
- 协同业务团队和研发团队，把控开发进度和质量，处理异常问题，确保项目落地；
- 提供医院端客户操作培训，并收集反馈推动产品迭代。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，1-3年医疗信息化/医保运营经验，熟悉HIS系统架构及接口规范；
- 具备强Owner意识和强目标感，逻辑清晰，具备跨角色沟通能力；
- 具有较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用数据分析工具；
- 计算机/保险/医学相关专业优先，有互联网医疗或商保对接经验者优先。
