## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行业务指标推动方案的制定与落地执行；
- 统筹协调内外部资源，支持渠道拓展及维护工作，推动业务目标达成；
- 负责业务数据统计、报表分析、报告撰写等工作；
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、1年以上渠道推动或相关工作经验，熟悉保险/金融行业渠道运作模式； 3、具备较强的沟通协调能力及执行力，能高效推动跨部门协作； 4、熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长数据整理与分析工作； 5、工作细致、责任心强，能适应多任务并行的工作节奏； 6、具备良好的职业道德和服务意识，无不良从业纪录。
