## Job description

岗位职责
- 解读消费者权益保护政策法规，组织内化培训，确保相关工作合法合规开展；
- 统筹消保金融教育，建设金融教育自营平台和案例库，提升活动创新性和消费者触达率；
- 统筹员工消保培训，建设课程库，确保消保教育全覆盖，提升消保条线队伍技能；
- 建立健全咨诉管理机制，组织落实纠纷化解相关工作；
- 协同开展消保监管评价、消保考核、消保督查等相关工作，完善相关机制并有效运行。 任职资格 1、硕士级以上学历，金融、法律、心理学、经济类、新闻类专业优先； 2、3到5年金融行业消费者权益保护相关工作经验者优先； 3、具有较强的学习能力、法律知识、文字组织能力、逻辑判断能力； 4、善于思考和规划，具备优秀的团队合作和沟通能力，责任心强，抗压能力强，可独立承担工作。
