## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司银行业务IT合规管理
- 负责依照银保监及人民银行相关规章、制度要求对公司IT制度和流程进行优化和维护。确保公司各项制度和流程符合监管要求
- 负责银保监、人行派出机构及所服务银行的现场检查及审查发现的整改工作
- 负责对公司银行业务IT工作进行定期评估并提出整改建议监督整改措施落实。 任职资格
- 工作5年以上，专业从事银行IT合规工作
- 熟悉银保监和人行的各项IT规章和制度
- 熟悉商业银行IT管理制度和流程
- 熟悉商业银行外包管理要求
- 有应对银保监及人行派出机构现场检查经验的优先考虑
- 具备英文阅读能力和口语能力
- 有总行IT合规岗工作经验优先
