## Job description

岗位职责 1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 5年银行及相关金融行业从业经验，1年以上团队管理经验； 3. 银行私行团队长及零售团队长/副行长优先。

### 备注

1、工作地点为深圳南山区、宝安区、光明区 2、薪资面议 任职资格
- 负责网点整体经营，做好集团内、银行内客户承接及外部业务拓展，带领网点人员达成经营指标；
- 统筹管理网点人员，做好人员的日常管理和辅导训练，做好网点内的人员梯队培养；
- 负责支行整体服务，并监督网点人员做好服务工作，贯彻合规和风险的制度要求。
