## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照公司规定，确保预算执行率达标；
- 负责公司日常人事管理工作，负责公司人事管理制度，协助完成招聘、考核、员工管理的模块的工作；
- 执行分公司行政管理方面的政策、制度，负责中心支行政后勤工作；
- 负责与当地监管机关、公众媒体等公共关系的开拓、维护与协调，积极宣传、维护公司形象。
- 负责公司职场、资产等日常管理工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年产险福建分公司南平中心支公司邵武营销服务部综合管理岗工作经验，
- 具备动手实战、沟通协作、领悟融会的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、专注聚焦、抗压耐力、危机意识的性格。
