## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务拓展

主要进行个人业务开拓，能根据渠道资源拓展团体业务； 2．渠道维护：具有中介、经纪渠道开拓能力，与现有中介、代理、经纪渠道保持良好关系； 3．产品支持：提供健康险各类产品咨询及保险政策解读，能独立研发课件并进行产品宣导； 4．活动组织：挖掘渠道需求，定期组织沙龙和团体活动； 5．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 大学本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 具备3年以上经代、中介渠道业务拓展经验者优先考虑；

### 技能要求
- 具备渠道拓展、中介推动、营销策略能力，能够完成业务指标；
