## Job description

岗位职责
- 维护总行各层级合作关系，为分对分搭建平台、总对总进行培训等活动，帮助银行提升人员职业素养与销售技能，提升业务品质；
- 根据各银行特点，制定全年及阶段性经营目标和推动策略；
- 根据合作银行要求，做好营销推动、产品准入、系统开发、业务追踪、数据交流、投诉处理等全流程渠道经营相关工作；
- 负责银保重点项目银行端落地；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备10年及以上银行或保险行业工作经验，5年及以上银行或保险行业管理经验；
- 熟悉寿险业务（尤其是银保业务）、掌握银行管理、营销理论及公关相关知识；
- 逻辑性强、沟通协调能力强、有亲和力、执行力强。
