## Job description

岗位职责
- 设计和实施银保产品的培训计划；
- 组织和协调培训活动，确保培训效果；
- 评估培训效果，优化培训内容和方法；
- 协助销售团队，提供销售支持和资源；
- 与相关部门合作，确保培训内容符合业务需求。 任职资格
- 具备相关领域的教育背景，如金融、市场营销等；
- 有培训或销售支持相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力；
- 熟悉银行保险产品及相关知识；
- 具备一定的数据分析能力。
