## Job description

岗位职责
- 与销售配合，结合公司的金融科技产品和服务，收集客户需求，组织解决方案，进行售前技术分析支持工作；
- 参与竞标，编写技术方案，配合销售报价，为客户演示和讲解投标解决方案；
- 承担项目售前交流、讲解、材料准备等售前任务；
- 提供产品发展和改进的合理化建议，参与制定公司产品策略、客户需求挖掘、产品方案的制作与实施；
- 承担公司产品的解决方案白皮书等宣传材料准备工作。 任职资格
- 统招本科以上学历，经济、金融、计算机等专业毕业，3年以上大型金控集团、金融机构内审、内控、合规相关的咨询、规划、项目实施经验；
- 具备扎实的金融业务知识，对“三反一防”相关内容具有一定的知识储备，拥有丰富的IT治理和项目实施经验；
- 具备良好的组织金融机构内审内控、合规系统等项目解决方案的能力，拥有成功组织、构建投标项目解决方案经验；
- 对客户需求有较强的敏感度和分析能力，能够把控项目中产品和需求的差异性，有较强的客户思维和引导能力，沟通协调能力强；
- 具有良好的文档编写能力和解决方案讲解能力，能够独立向客户进行方案汇报或系统演示；
- 大型金控集团、金融机构（保险 、银行、券商、信托等）内审、内控、合规相关的咨询、规划、项目实施经验；
- 金融基础知识；金融企业内审内控、合规相关业务知识；“三反一防”相关业务知识。
