## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立和完善催清收报表监控体系，对团队其他方向的相关指标提供数据支持；
- 定期分析催清收质量和效果，出具相关报表及结论建议；
- 对经营考核结果、费用激励效果进行定期复盘分析、优化，并提出改进方案。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，较好的数学或统计学教育背景，熟练掌握常用的数据分析工具，如sql、sas等。 2、熟悉催清收基本业务流程； 3、2年以上贷后或保全行业或者金融分析相关工作经验，有良好的逻辑思维能力和金融业务认识。
