## Job description

岗位职责
- 拓展普惠客户群体，包括小微企业、个体工商户及个人客户，通过市场调研挖掘潜在客户；
- 负责产品销售和客户经营；
- 促进零售信贷（普惠）业绩目标达成 任职资格 1.3年以上对公或普惠业务经办经验（普惠经办经验不低于1年），熟悉基本财务会计知识，熟悉国家普惠、小微贷款政策，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力； 2.沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力、团队协作意识; 3.职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为；
- 本科及以上学历，双证齐全。
