## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责保障现有运维系统的稳定运行，并提升系统可靠性和可运维性；
- 不断优化系统架构、提升部署效率、优化资源利用率。
- 负责开发、维护、规划部署脚本和运维系统平台，实现自动化部署和自动化运维，实现运维能力的服务化和产品化；
- 参与系统的监控方案、容灾方案、自动化运维方案的制定和实施
- 推进自动化运维体系建设，提升运维工作效率、负责devops体系的搭建和维护
- 参与公司/子公司运维流程的计划、推进、实施和管理 任职资格
- 全日制本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Linux系统运维经验；
- 精通shell编程，熟练使用Python;
- 精通SaltStack、Ansible、Nginx、Tomcat、redis、zabbix、ELK等规开源软件安装，配置，优化及排障，能独立分析处理线上系统产生的故障以及性能瓶颈; 4，熟悉容器技术，熟练掌握Docker、k8s架构和技术原理，有在工作生产环境中运用k8s+docker架构的经验者优先; 5.熟悉IT技能-系统运维、IT技能-操作系统-Linux、IT技能-系统运维-自动化运维， 6.具备领悟融会、逻辑推理、动手实战、创新变革的能力。 7.具备责任担当、勤奋努力、主动挑战、抗压耐力的性格。 8.有医保医疗系统工作经验优先。
