## Job description

### 岗位职责 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 金融、保险、数学、统计等专业优先；
- 具有渠道销售推动、营销企划相关工作经验优先；
- 熟练掌握PPT、Excel、图文视频制作的使用；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、数据分析能力。

### 任职资格 工作职责
- 负责营销方案、销售课件、宣传素材的制作及队伍的营销推动；
- 负责队伍的目标制定、报表追踪，确保目标达成；
- 负责队伍考核管理，月度绩效核算、日常培训支持；
- 业务数据分析支持；
