## Job description

岗位职责
- 理赔协谈案件、申诉案件的沟通处理；
- 疑难、复杂案件及投诉案件的处理，对接监管消保；
- 对理赔结果、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释；
- 参与机构编制典型案例及理赔专业培训资料；
- 领导交代的其他工作。 任职资格 1、医学、保险专业大学全日制本科（含）以上学历； 2、3年以上医疗工作经验优先考虑 3、掌握保险理论知识、寿险核保专业知识以及临床医疗等相关学科的理论知识； 4、沟通、处理问题能力强，有较丰富理赔工作经验和客户服务技巧，能独立应对、控制和处理较复杂的理赔争议或冲突局面。
