## Job description

岗位职责

### 监管解读
- 持续跟踪并解读国家金融监督管理总局、属地监管机构、行业协会等发布的最新法规、指引和通知，按各级监管要求落实数据质量提升

### 制度建设
- 制定并维护《监管报送管理办法》等管理制度，及时响应外部监管变化进行新增及修订

### 规划落地
- 给出监管重点事项规划和方案设计，制定详细计划并推动执行落地

### 报送管理
- 编制月度/年度报送日历，监控关键时间节点，按时完成每月增量报送/年度重报等

### 数据治理
- 对发现问题进行定性归因，明确责任主体，确保存量问题动态清零；制定总分联动考核方案，定期跟踪执行成效，提升报送数据质量 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，精算、数据、统计、保险等相关专业优先
- 熟练运用sql等编程语言，熟悉excel、ppt等办公软件，有一定的数据分析、材料撰写功底
- 具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力，有监管报送、数据治理工作经验者优先
