## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓和维护私银高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 经营私行客户，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为其提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 作为保险传承规划专业顾问，为私行客户出具专业的保障传承分析和建议方案，负责保险金家族信托业务拓展与专业支持；
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 年龄
- 25-40周岁；

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历（特别优秀的适当放宽）；
- 熟悉保险产品，服务营销能力强；
- 持有国际保险专业证照优先；
- 追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，合规意识强；
- 同业理财经理3年以上，保险公司或保险经纪公司3年以上的优秀代理人
- 有客户资源者优先
- 无经商办企业或兼职行为；
- 无监管机构金融违规记录。
