## Job description

岗位职责
- 承担本部门下达的经营指标；
- 负责拓展并维护公司客户，提供专业金融服务，完成下达的工作任务；
- 牵头或参与产品开发、服务定制和交叉营销，为客户提供系统金融服务方案；
- 对固收类、结构化类、资本市场类业务有1-2个全流程承做经验；
- 对承做项目的质量和风险控制负责，对项目涉及的各类技术文件及商务合同进行审核；
- 完成上级领导委派的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年对公团队副总经理工作经验；
- 具有较强的业务营销、沟通协调和市场拓展能力；
- 熟悉经济、金融市场相关政策、法规、产品及业务规程；
- 无违法违规违纪等不良情形。
