## Job description

岗位职责 1 负责经营数据统计、分析，为领导决策提供数据支持。 2 负责撰写经营分析报告，按月向上级汇报训练中心整体经营情况。 3 负责检视、追踪部门内运营管理上的问题并提出解决建议，为部门提产，增效、降风险。 4 其他领导安排的工作。 任职资格 从事过互联网企业、有AI管理经验者优先。 企业财务管理 较强逻辑思维，较好的业务分析能力 具有良好沟通协调能力、战略思维能力和创新能力 具备强烈的意愿和责任感，抗压力强，具有领导力和进取心，善于辅导，乐于奉献，乐于与人沟通、分享
