## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行私行客户，通过MGM和自拓增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级
- 为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品
- 全方位满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，保持积极向上的团队氛围
- 贯彻合规及风控要求，确保业务品质 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，取得学历证和学位证
- 从事理财投资5年以上工作经验，有私行理财经验者优先
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先
- 追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通能力强，合规意识强
