## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接分行下达的经营计划和指标，制定本支行发展规划，经营策略并组织实施，合理精准配置资源，达成各项经营指标；
- 落实队伍建设各项要求，在授权范围内开展党建，干部管理，员工日常管理，人才梯队建设等工作，提高队伍综合素质和战斗力；
- 落实合规及风险控制要求，开展资产质量管控，不良资产清收处置，案件防控，安全保卫，信息安全，证照管理，消保和声誉风险管理等工作；
- 根据分行统筹安排，加强与政府，监管，行业主管部门等单位沟通协调，建立和谐关系，树立品牌形象。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事金融工作5年及以上，具备相关业务经验的优先考虑；
- 综合素质优秀，具备较强的统筹驾驭，综合管理和沟通协调能力，市场开拓及服务营销能力强。熟悉银行各类金融产品及相关业务，取得基金从业资格，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照的优先；
- 无重大违规违纪行为，无不良从业记录，合规意识强。
