## Job description

岗位职责
- 按公司要求完成分公司所有岗位的招聘；
- 定期进行人力分析，根据公司发展方向给予人力资源投放建议；
- 定期进行复盘，根据需求更新岗位职责及招聘画像；
- 完成全年培训策划与组织
- 领导交办其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、人力资源等相关专业优先；
- 具有良好的沟通协作能力及解决问题的能力，抗压性好；
- 本科及以上学历，同时取得相应学位； 4、3年以上招聘工作经验，同时有人力规划工作或岗位管理工作经验者优先；
