## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责分行零售客户运营工作，基于业务对客户开展线上触达工作。主要触达渠道为APP、短信、企业微信、智能外呼等自动化手段。 2、负责分行数字运营的数据分析工作，包括但不限于数据洞察、运营效果评价等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、数学等相关专业优先。
- 具备银行零售客户数字化线上运营经验3年及以上。
- 具备数据分析思维，能够根据业务需求运用数据分析洞察问题。
- 具有良好的自驱力和学习能力，具备良好的表达能力，熟练使用办公软件。
- 工作积极主动，具有较强的服务意识以及团队精神。
