## Job description

岗位职责
- 信用策略研究，对各类信用品种进行投资价值分析和推荐，捕捉信用债投资机会或提示风险。
- 有个券分析能力，能根据投资需要动态跟踪行业及发债主体信用基本面变化。
- 完善信用策略研究分析框架。
- 部门布置的其他信用研究相关工作。 任职资格 1、国内外重点院校毕业，硕士及以上学历。 2、3年及以上买方信用研究\投资相关经验，具备信用策略和个券分析能力。 3、具备良好的财务分析能力、逻辑思维能力、信息挖掘整合能力。 4、工作态度积极主动，有较强自驱力，抗压能力强、执行力强；为人正直、乐于分享、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
