## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司业务数据的清洗、整理与分析，挖掘数据价值；
- 根据业务需求，完成数据分析报告，为业务决策提供支持；
- 参与数据可视化项目，将分析结果以图表形式呈现；
- 优化数据分析流程，提升数据分析效率；
- 协助团队完成其他数据分析相关任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备数据分析相关工作经验，熟悉数据分析工具及方法；
- 掌握SQL、Python等编程语言，能够独立完成数据清洗与分析；
- 具备统计学基础，能够进行数据建模与预测分析；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与业务部门有效协作；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够独立完成数据分析报告
