## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓并维护批量获客渠道，建立长期、稳定、良好的合作关系。
- 负责向合作渠道宣导我行普惠金融业务规划及相关产品政策等，做好渠道培训支持及其他相关服务、按要求定期落实普惠金融业务合作渠道检视管理等相关工作。
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成KPI指标，提高综合收益。
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务。
- 按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作。
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 热爱本职工作，熟悉或热爱银行相关工作；
- 工作认真细致耐心，具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通与表达能力；
- 具有较强的市场开拓能力和获客能力，具有较强的风险识别和解决问题的能力；
- 对本行业有独特的见解和判断；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，爱岗敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律。
