## Job description

岗位职责

### 技术能力
- 精通Python，熟悉LangChain/LlamaIndex等RAG框架，有Milvus/FAISS/Elasticsearch实战经验。 深入理解Embedding模型（如BGE、text2vec）、OCR工具（PaddleOCR、Tesseract）及文本分片算法。 熟悉主流LLM（Deepseek、GPT、Claude）的推理优化及API集成。

### 经验背景
- 3年以上NLP算法开发经验，至少1个RAG系统完整落地项目经历。 有金融文本处理经验者优先（如研报解析、合同抽取、财报分析）。

### 附加要求
- 具有快速学习能力，不断学习并应用AI新型技术。 计算机/人工智能相关专业硕士及以上学历。 任职资格
- 负责RAG知识库核心算法研发与优化，包括文档分片策略设计、向量嵌入模型调优、混合检索（关键词+语义）算法开发，确保检索召回率≥95%、生成准确率≥90%。
- 构建基金领域文档处理流水线，支持PDF/Word/扫描件的OCR识别、复杂表格解析、语义分片（如投研报告章节分割），提升结构化数据提取效率。
- 设计多模态检索方案，结合文本、表格、图表内容优化向量化效果，适配投研报告、合规文件等金融场景需求。
- 主导RAG系统性能测试与评估，制定量化指标（如响应延迟、容错率），推动工程落地。
- 与业务团队协作，针对性优化投研问答、合规检查等高价值场景的生成效果。
