## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责经纪公司的产品推动、合作落地与关系维护。
- 统筹产品准入、培训、宣导、数据复盘，提升渠道销售转化。
- 联动内部产品、运营、合规，推动核心产品在经纪渠道高效上线与迭代。
- 洞察经纪渠道需求，优化产品策略与服务支持，打造渠道竞争力。 任职资格 1．35岁以下，大学本科（含自考）及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专。 2．三年以上保险或互联网等相关领域BD 工作经验，有相关行业资源者优先。 3．擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。 4．良好的团队协作能力，较强的抗压能力、学习力和执行力。 5．能够熟练应用办公软件。
