## Job description

岗位职责
- 分析和研究公司金融市场，寻找与接触分行客户；
- 向现有客户或潜在的客户营销我行公司金融产品和服务方案，开拓优秀的价值企业成为我司客户；
- 发现客户需求，策划对公客户的营销方案并组织实施，完成相应的销售指标，提升客户对银行的价值贡献度；
- 对授信客户进行授信调查，撰写授信申请报告，对信贷风险进行分析、预警和控制，确保授信业务资产质量，采取有效措施保全银行资产;
- 维护分行当前客户的客户关系，负责银行与对公客户的沟通，及时推广我行新业务和最适合客户的业务，保证与价值客户的长期合作;
- 对经管的客户进行日常的贷后检查，包括日常走访、填写检查报告，密切关注授信企业，若有重大预警事项等应及时上报;
- 必要时，对团队其他成员提供培训或营销支持。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有优秀的领悟、创新、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力等。
