## Job description

岗位职责
- 做好支行资源整合，制定业务达成路径，对本支行的AUM、存款、客户数等经营性指标负责。
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与辅导训练，提升员工业务技能；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格
- 五年以上银行零售业务从业经验且有两年以上团队管理经验；
- 具备综合管理能力、全面银行专业知识、业务拓展能力；
- 合规意识强。
