## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构员工工资/奖金核发，社保福利办理及定调薪等工作，确保机构薪酬工作顺利开展
- 负责机构人事档案、员工入离司及考勤等用工事项管理，确保机构用工管理内部合规、外部合法
- 负责机构招聘预算制定、渠道开拓、招聘实施等工作，确保机构用人需求得到合理满足
- 负责机构员工绩效体系落实、干部队伍管理等工作，确保满足机构人才管理需要 任职资格 1、统招本科学历；2、熟悉人力资源各模块，拥有较强的沟通、推动、落实与执行能力；3、责任心强、认真细致、考虑问题周全；4、较强的学习能力、数据处理能力。
