## Job description

岗位职责

一、分区全年人力目标的推动达成
- 全年人力发展计划的制定；
- 招聘流程的优化推动落地；
- 增员方案和活动的策划和组织实施；
- 各营业部增员工作的追踪、督导。

### 二、晋升工程的追踪推动

1、各层级晋升工作的推动； 2、相关数据分析及报告制作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备一年以上寿险人发或营销推动方面的工作经验；
- 对营销增员运作有很好的理解和把握；
- 具有良好的规划能力，组织协调能力和推动能力，逻辑思维清晰，执行力强。
